Eric Morse-Brown
Director
Eric is a Director and is one of the founders of Trinity Property in 2004. Having worked in property since 1998 he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Residential Property and oversees both the Sales and Rental teams.
He loves meeting new people (he’s usually in a meeting somewhere!) and bringing new business on for the team. He’s married with two grown up children, a granddaughter and a granddog – Mickey the greyhound.

Aimee Hicklin
Office Manager
Aimee is our Office Manager and the longest serving member of the property team having been with Trinity since 2009! She originally started her property journey with a Corporate Estate Agent working in Sales and in 2009 decided to venture into the world of Lettings and hasn’t looked back.
She oversees the day to day running of the office, supporting the staff team and keeping the wheels of a busy letting and management team running smoothly.
Outside of work she is an active Mom to two boys and spends the majority of her time on the football pitch!

Kerry Capewell
Accounts Manager
Kerry previously worked for LloydsTSB before joining the Trinity Property team in April 2019.
She handles all aspects of Accounts for the business, liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors on a daily basis. She is the go-to person if it involves numbers! She’s a Mum to two girls and outside of work loves spending time with her family, walking her dog Jett, reading and travelling (anywhere!)

Dominika Dylag
Senior Property Manager
Dominika is the most recent member to join our Trinity team in 2023. Originally from Poland where she studied and passed culinary/cooking school, she moved here eight years ago and has been a Lettings Negotiator for the last five years and excelled in her roles.
As our Lettings Negotiator, she handles all aspects of rental management, with a particular focus on inspections. She is a lover of the outdoors and is frequently driving to new scenic areas to experience the wildlife and natural views. One of Dominica’s favourite pastimes is to go paddle boarding and fishing.
