We have had sales complete as quick as 4 weeks from listing to handover – but every sale is unique as are our sellers and buyers – most take quite a bit longer! Whilst we can’t promise a time frame, we can promise transparency and ongoing updates to keep you in the loop with how things are progressing

We work with an Independent Financial Advisor – Faye Thompson from The Finance Family. Reach her via email (here) or call her on 07493 437848

The conveyancer (often a Solicitor) is the person that deals with all the legal aspects of the sale, from checking ID to arranging the transfer of ownership from the seller to you. We work with various local (and online) Conveyancers, you can request a quote here.
