Whilst we can’t promise a time frame, we can promise transparency and ongoing updates to keep you in the loop with how things are progressing

The conveyancer (often a Solicitor) is the person that deals with all the legal aspects of the sale, from checking ID to arranging the transfer of ownership from the seller to you. We work with various local (and online) Conveyancers, you can request a quote here.
