Once you have decided on a property you want to view, you will need to visit our office to go through our application form, which usually takes around 15 minutes , and to pay our application fee for your credit check

Once your application has been processed, you will need to have a deposit available before your tenancy starts – usually equivalent to at least one month’s rent, as well as your first month’s rent in advance. We will then work with you to arrange a suitable check-in date, when we will go through the inventory and tenancy agreement with you to ensure you are happy with everything.
